-Yes, even though BellSouth has high informations through their clients, they made them fast and easy to serve people using their informations..

3. What else could BellSouth do to guarantee the strategic business value of potential IT investment projects?Defend your proposals.

-For me, I think they must have a long term service to their clients because their site is too useful and compatible to other people..

1. Why did the IT group at Royal Caribbean have such poor performance and business status in the company?

-The IT group at Royal Caribbean have such poor performance and business status in the company because in my own understanding, the Royal Caribbean IT group was made up of factions and morale was terrible. They split the group into two opposing mafias: Cuban and African American-. They controlled the data center and the networking group, as a matter of fact, they had the poor performance and business status in the company.

-The top three factors in Tom Murphy's turnaround of the IT function at Royal Caribbean are:

*Respect->Tom Murphy elevates the company group and they had respect him as he respected them. They are grateful on what Tom Murphy did.

*Metrics & Time->Tom Murphy has the ability to established very specific performance to let others know that what will they expected to him and he has more time for their people.

*Communication->He has this ability to talk or speak to others on what the people says about the company like the complains and approvals.

-As I visited the website, it attracts the tourists or costumers. The effectiveness of the website and the service being offered to attract and serve the travel needs of costumers and prospective costumers was the same to my expectations. It improves the quality service like cruising all over the sea, strolling and etc.. I think this company is good because as i read their company goals. It helps people to have fun..ü
